ARZA Canada has joined the "Stop the Sirens" campaign, a joint effort of the North American Reform and Conservative Movements as well as the Jewish Federations of North America, to raise money to support the current humanitarian efforts that are being undertaken in Israel.

Money donated through ARZA Canada will support the work of the Israel Reform Movement's humanitarian relief arm, Keren b'Kavod.
The IMPJ, led by Keren b'Kavod, (as the bombs began falling over Israel's south, centre, and even as far north as Zikaron Yaacov) immediately began carrying out emergency response activities including:
-Emergency Activity Packages to weak families stuck at home with no means of occupying the children. They are supporting both individual families and home day camps by preparing and distributing 2000 emergency activity packages.
-Hosting Families and Children from high risk areas in the North and Arava
-IMPJ Summer Camp and the IMPJ youth movement opening its doors and adding to its existing campers an additional 50 youth from the south of Israel (between ages 9-14).
-Family Hosting- with Families from IMPJ Congregations in the North and at Kibbutz Yahel and Kibbutz Lotan in the South
We all pray for an end to the conflict, for minimal suffering on all sides, and for peace.
