Last days for Cookies
Preparing for a Troop Cookie Sale Audit
Volunteers, remember that the 2013 Girl Scout Cookie Sale ends on March 10. To prepare for a troop audit, please make sure to follow these steps:
- Collect remaining Cookie Sale money from girls, record payments in SNAP, and deposit money into the Troop's bank account.
- Transfer any remaining cookies to girls in SNAP, so they receive credit for the cookies sold for rewards and Cookie Credits.
- Enter Cookie Sale Reward (recognition) Orders into SNAP, after all the transfers have been made to the girls. Don't forget to indicate shirt sizes and choices for the 1000+ level.
