>Cookie Cupboard Planned Orders

In order to make sure that all Cupboards are stocked each week with the needed cookies, Troops need to enter a Planned Order in SNAP for cookies to be picked up at a Cupboard. Planned Orders must be entered into SNAP by midnight on Sunday. Planned orders will be ready for pick up by Friday, if not before.  Please call the Cookie Cupboard Manager to find out when your cookies will be available for pick up and to schedule a pick up time.

If a Planned Order was not submitted on SNAP, cookies may be available on a First Come First Serve basis at the Cookie Cupboards. Please contact the Cupboard Manager to see if cookies are available.

Volunteer Toolkit: Financial Assistance Application

Find your forms and resources!

Each month in your volunteer toolkit we will focus on a different Girl Scout resource to help you better understand GSKH policies and guidelines.

Being a part of a leadership experience like Girl Scouts is something that Girl Scouts of Kansas Heartland makes a top priority. In order to make the experience available to every girl, we offer Financial Assistance. This assistance may be used for Girl Scouts of the USA membership dues, troop dues, uniform and uniform components, handbooks or journey books, and council event fees. If Financial Assistance is needed for the GSUSA dues, a form is not needed. No girl should be left out of Girl Scouts because of a financial need. This program is a great way to help reach all girls. For more details on specific guidelines for Financial Assistance and to complete the form, CLICK HERE!

Girl Scout Week Opportunity

Trees for Troops!

Think ahead! Girl Scout Week is celebrated each March, starting with Girl Scout Sunday and ending with Girl Scout Sabbath, and includes the Girl Scout Birthday, March 12. This year's Girl Scout week falls from March 10-16, and we have a special opportunity from the National Wildlife Federation.

As part of the National Wildlife Federation's (NWF) Trees for Wildlife program, NWF has established a Tree Bank, with trees that have been donated for planting. GSKH and NWF are teaming up to provide trees for troops and Service Units to plant in and around their communities. Please fill out the Trees for Girl Scout Week application to request trees, by February 25.

Look for this and more ways to celebrate Girl Scout week coming soon to the website.
