Clear Your Mind with a Mandala!
Put your attention on this Mandala by gently focusing on the center and letting go of any thoughts. Feel that you have become like a child, with no need to understand or make sense of it. Just enjoy the colors and shapes that are there. Relax your gaze until you can gently close your eyes. Notice that you can easily continue to see the Mandala in your "mind's eye." Intend to see more and more details of the Mandala with your eyes closed,clearing your mind of any thoughts.
*Note: Mandalas are used as an aid to meditation. Because they are symbolic, they can help the mind not only to become focused and tranquil, but also to access progressively deeper levels of the unconscious.
