Get Focused in a Minute!
Sit in a chair with your feet on the floor. Close your eyes and smile. Lightly touch the center of your forehead to find your "clairvoyant center" or place of clear-seeing. Imagine a screen out in front of you. On this screen, see a circular clock with large numbers and a second hand. Intend to watch the second hand move around the clock from the 12:00 position, touching each number as it travels. Put your attention on each number and say it to yourself. You may notice if you are distracted quickly, just bring your attention on the second hand touching the next number. Practice seeing this for "a minute" and your mind will clear.
