I offer this April Newsletter as a spiritual "hello" for your busy day. My intention is to bring you messages, information, and events that can keep you connected to your spiritual development and bring you peace, energy, and clarity during your day.

The Instant Energizer Tool
Sit in a chair with your feet on the floor. Close your eyes and smile. Lightly touch the center of your forehead to find your "clairvoyant center" or place of clear-seeing. Imagine a screen out in front of you. See a light bulb that is shining. Imagine that the light bulb is getting brighter and brighter up to 10,000 watts. Allow yourself to relax into the light as the bulb gets brighter. Let your heart open up and match this bright light. Allow the light in your heart to spread throughout your entire body and form a bubble of light around you. You are now energized at 10,000 watts. Keep smiling: You are now the light that lights up the world around you with unlimited energy.
