Please come to this important meeting. Here's why:

• We'll be voting on an important amendment to our constitution that you received notice of in the PIER last month; but in case you missed it, please check our website.

• We also have to turn in any remaining election ballots for counting and determination of the makeup of our new Board of Directors and Officers.  

• We also need to approve the minutes from our April meeting, so please look them over before the meeting and come pre-armed with any suggested additions or amendments, so we don't waste important together time reading to ourselves. Just click here.

We'll have some informative officer and committee reports and of course leave room for the usual lively discussions that we have all come to appreciate. It is, after all, in your own best self interest, and that of our community, for you to be there and be counted.  

Oh, did I forget to mention the magic word... CHOCOLATE?
