Greetings!
 
This is an invitation to become involved in the Net Zero Energy Building Council and the development of Canada's Net Zero program.

The Net Zero Energy Building Council (NZC)

The NZC is a self-funded council of the Canadian Home Builders' Association.

The mandate of the NZC is:
 "to deliver services that will support members' voluntary adoption of Net Zero Energy (NZE) housing."

Information on the NZC

The NZC has been up-and running since the fall 2014. The NZC web site provides:
  • summaries of past meetings and slide-decks of presentations made at the meetings or at the Net Zero Networking and Exchange sessions (NZx)
  • announcements of up-coming events such as
    • the webinar on NZE labeling pilot program on 24 November
    • the NZE bootcamp on 2 May
  • a link to sign up for NZ News.

Positions are still available.

Information on member benefits and member terms of reference, and a application form to become a member are posted on the NZC web site.
