Asking a colleague to judge a presentation you're making can be a landmine. God only knows what answers you will get depending on their biases! Feedback can be invaluable when effectively directed, so make sure you clarify precisely how you want feedback.

Ask your colleague the following 3 questions:

1. Was my energy level strong and engaging through out?

2. Did I smile at least 3 times?

3. Was there anything I didn't say that you feel would have been

valuable to the audience?
