Invited not once, but three times to ring the opening bell at NASDAQ, Alex helps successful leaders improve strategies, personal communication, and dicey people issues. Her techniques accelerate business success.
From economic issues to goal setting, her topics are full of high performance content, mind-boggling new ideas, and immediate application!
"As leaders grow in wisdom, insight, and integrity, companies grow," according to Alex.
Alex and her uncommon, common sense make it easier for others in companies such as ExxonMobil, BHP Billiton, or CompuCom to shine - and win business.
.... Liberty Mutual added $80MM to their bottom line. ATT (formerly SBC) won the largest telecom implementation contract in the company's history.  Venture-funded clients raised an impressive $300MM. The list goes on....

The Stenographer Off Her Rocker

A colorful phrase, "off her rocker" is a strange idiom, surely confusing to those learning (American) English; but hardly more so than the recent Congressional deadlock over which the rest of the World has been scratching their heads and thinking, "you've got to be kidding."

In case you missed it, the poor woman referenced, a Congressional stenographer who broke out ranting at the end of the deadlock, was forcibly removed from the floor. ( Does anyone but me wonder if they removed the wrong persons?)

Her outburst was almost like a channeling of the helplessness most Americans felt over the posturing of politics - completely disgusted with the whole Washington kit and caboodle.

From a speaking perspective, the last few weeks have demonstrated what not to do.

Remember: Just because you can speak in public surely doesn't mean you should.
