When a Team Presentation Isn't
Skewed notions of what it means to be part of a team presentation are prime opportunities to either enrich relationships or tick off your colleagues. Examples include being bossy, taking all the credit for every idea, hogging the "stage," and showing up with changes you "forgot" to tell others too late for them to have input.
Usually, one time and you're done. You will never be trusted ever again, not only by your teammates, but also by savvy audiences who usually see through what's happening.
The siimple advice, rarely followed, to minimize problems is to discuss in advance how you'll handle things in front of an audience.
