Invited not once, but three times to ring the opening bell at NASDAQ, Alex helps successful leaders improve strategies, personal communication, and dicey people issues. Her techniques accelerate business success.
From economic issues to goal setting, her topics are full of high performance content, mind-boggling new ideas, and immediate application!
"As leaders grow in wisdom, insight, and integrity, companies grow," according to Alex.
Alex and her uncommon, common sense make it easier for others in companies such as ExxonMobil, BHP Billiton, or CompuCom to shine - and win business.
.... Liberty Mutual added $80MM to their bottom line. ATT (formerly SBC) won the largest telecom implementation contract in the company's history.  Venture-funded clients raised an impressive $300MM. The list goes on....

Who is Overrated?

Confidence, a lack of it, and a fear of audience judgment go hand-in-hand with speaking such that we speakers often wonder where we stand on the totem pole.

Here's what Dr. Steve McGee, said in answer to this question, my former economics professor at UT Austin and the guy who debated the world's richest trial lawyer to win the argument about the economic costs and benefits of lawyers:

"Man has been on this earth for six million years,...works out to each of us having 300,000 generations before us. Each of our preceding generations successfully reproduced without a single miss. If there is a .5 chance that each generation would contribute to the next, the probability that each one of us is here is .5 raised to the 300,000th power. That probability is a decimal point followed by zeros reaching from here to Dallas before a positive digit is encountered. Thus, we are all walking miracles, and no one is overrated."

And if that doesn't bring a smile to your face, I don't know what will!
