special issue: watch margaret (and jack) on public television!

TV host Joe Lamp'l and Margaret in her garden

I am working up to watching it myself, but I didn't want to delay another moment in sharing the link with you to the "Growing a Greener World" public-television episode I'm featured on this week.

Yes, I still get nervous watching myself on TV, if you can believe it (radio's more in my comfort zone), but no reason for you to hesitate.  Host Joe Lamp'l (above) spent two days here in August with me and Jack -- who has a walk-on and even earned himself a "field producer" credit!

Won't you watch, and then share, the episode? Start here for all the links.

how joe lamp'l's raised-bed garden survived 'killer compost'

P.S. -- I learned a lot from TV host Joe Lamp'l in his two-day visit to my place, including a chilling tale of how dangerous it can be to use animal manures and even bring in materials like hay bales to the garden. How Joe's own amazing raised-bed vegetable garden survived an attack of "killer compost." A real eye-opener.
