Dear League Leaders,
Please help LWVMA gather key information about your local League's leadership and activities by taking this brief survey. There are two parts:
First, help us update our directory of MA local League leaders by providing names and contact information of your 2016-2017 Board or Steering Committee members.
Second, share information about your local League's activities between July 1, 2015 and June 30, 2016 for inclusion in our FY 16 Annual Report. The Annual Report will spotlight local Leagues' educational activities, programs, and publications during this period.
We need only one reply per local League, so please decide who from your League will submit this survey. Also, please review the questions and have the answers in mind before beginning to type your responses, as you cannot start and later resume the survey.
In order to be part of the Annual Report, please respond by August 1st, 2016.
