This show is the second premier performance for our newly-christened Acoustic Alcove Listening Room. Our hope is to bring a new tradition of great, inspirational live music to Unity Village. The Acoustic Alcove
is located in the Community Center behind the Unity Village Bookstore and Coffee Shop which will be
open providing coffee, beer and wine for purchase.
Freebo is a perennial finalist and award-winning singer-songwriter at the emPower Music & Arts Posi
Music Festival. Familiar to many as the funky bass player for Bonnie Raitt in the 70s, his career as a
session musician included work with many of the rock icons of that era - Ringo Starr, Aaron Neville, Dr. John, Neil Young and many others. Yearning for more creative expression, he began a process of deep inner discovery and has now evolved into an award-winning singer/songwriter.
