Sisters of Myrtle Fillmore trip to Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, Saturday October 17th at 9:30am
All women are invited to meet us in the Chapel parking lot at 9:30am where we will car pool into the museum. We should return at about 1pm. There will be scooters available should you need one. The tour is free and you can pack a lunch or purchase one there.

Social Action Mininstries (SAM) Love In Action for October, Now until October 25th
SAM is hosting a clothing drive this month. Clothes can be dropped off in the Hope House barrels in the Activities and Community Centers. Clothes will be donated to local area charities like Hope House, and Lee's Summit Social Services. Can you help support these vital organizations? Items needed:
- Gently used or new dress clothes (for job interviews)
- Children's socks, mittens, hats and scarves
- Undergarments (bras and underpants)
- Coats for any gender, size, or age
