Adopt-A-Highway clean up: Saturday, September 26th at 8am in the Administration Bldg parking lot. This will be the last Highway clean up for 2015 and is organized by the Men of Unity. We clean up litter along a half mile stretch of Missouri Hwy 350 near the Village. Do something good and in the process have some fun and fellowship with your friends at UVC.
Ice Cream Social: Sunday, September 27th after the Sunday service in the Community Center. The Sisters of Myrtle Fillmore are sponsoring an Ice Cream Social to raise funds for all the wonderful things that they do to support this UVC community. Come and enjoy a scoop or two and help support this great group of women.
Village Mic: Thursday, October 1st from 5-9pm in the Bookstore. Is it your turn to take the mic? The evening starts off with music from our hosts, "House Blend." Sign-ups start at 5 pm, for 2 to 3 songs as time allows. Spots fill up quickly so come early to sign up, or come to listen and enjoy the talented musicians of our area.
Name Tag You're It! Sunday Fellowship, October 4th. If your last name begins with the letters A - F then you are invited to provide a dish or finger foods to share. Drop them off in the Kitchen or Art Gallery on your way to the Sunday service. Want to purchase an official UVC name tag? See Alberta at the CD table after the service.

by Brene Brown. Sign up for a Sacred Circle after the morning service in the Community Center. You will get a 10% discount to purchase the book at the Unity Bookstore when you sign up for a group.
