We have giving, entertainment, volunteering, and learning opportunities to share:

 

FANtastic Sunday: our Love In Action for June. Bring in a new fan donation or donate cash for fans and our Social Action Ministries team will distribute the fans to those in need to help them beat the summer heat. Tables will be set up outside the entrance to the Activities Center before the service and in the Community Center after the service. Fans can be left in the Community Center behind the CD table near the recycling corner during the week. Learn more

 

Summer Film Series: "The Animal Communicator," Friday the 26th. This is a great film for everyone so invite your family and friends. Note that this film will be shown in the Silent Unity Chapel not the Activities Center. Doors open at 6:30 and the film starts at 7:30pm. There will be food available to purchase provided by Deco Catering KC, and beverages provided by the Men of Unity on a love offering basis. Tickets are $10 (children 12 and under are free). Weather permitting, there will be a bonfire at The Barn on Colburn Rd after the film. Bring your chair and any snacks or beverages you'd like to enjoy by the fire. Learn more 

 

Adopt-A-Highway Cleanup is Saturday the 27th. Come and do something good for the earth and get a great feeling in the process. Meet in the Adminstration Building parking lot at 8am for pray in, supplies and instructions. This is a great way to be of service and have some fun with your Unity family. Learn more

 

Salad Sunday is the 28th. Donate a yummy salad or just come to enjoy the great food! Drop off your dishes before the service in the Community Center and we'll make sure they are kept cool. Proceeds to benefit Unity Village Chapel. 

 

Also after the Sunday Service:

• Meeting of all the Sunday Service Volunteer Teams: Service Assistants, Ushers, Angels, Power Point and Welcome Teams, and Office Liaisons. All team leads and team members are invited at 12:15 in the Meeting Room so grab your salad plate and join us for this important chance to meet and greet each other. We are so grateful for all you do. We wouldn't have the ease of flow and quality of Sunday Services without you.
• AED/CPR Training in the Meeting Room at 1-2pm. This is a hands only non-certificate training to acquaint us with the AED equipment we have and teach us what to do in a health emergency to help save lives.
