Reserved Parking for the Bookstore
|
Please honor the 15 minute parking signs in front of the Bookstore on Sunday mornings. These are reserved parking spaces for 15 minutes only not for parking during the Sunday service in the Activity Center. We want to be considerate of the clients of the Bookstore during business hours.

Social Action Ministry (SAM) Fan Donations
|
SAM is sponsoring the collection of new fan donations during the month of June. On June 28th, SAM will distribute the donated fans to Don Bosco and other charitable organizations to help people get through the summer heat. Drop off your new fan donations in the Community Center behind the CD table, before or after the service any Sunday in June.

Guest Speaker Rev. Robin Ferguson ~ Sunday June 7th
At 10:30am in the Activities Center, Rev. Robin Ferguson will be speaking on the topic "Would You Un-Eat the Apple?" She will also be conducting a "Radical Authenticity Workshop" at 12:30-2:30pm in the Meeting Room. Robin is a popular speaker, radio show host and certified coach. She is also a popular artist whose work has been seen in the Chapel's Fine Arts Gallery.
The Trust Frequency Guest Speakers ~ Sunday June 14th
Connie Baxter Marlow and Andrew Cameron Bailey of The Trust Frequency will be our Guest Speakers and will be conducting a Workshop on June 14th from 12:30-2:30pm in the Meeting Room. Connie and Andrew are authors of the book: "The Trust Frequency." They produced and directed the film: "In Search Of The Future." And Connie produced and directed the documentary: "The American Evolution."
A B C of Liberation Workshop ~ Tuesday June 23rd

Summer Film Series ~ Friday June 26th
The second film of the Summer Film Series: The Animal Communicator will be shown in the Silent Unity Chapel, doors open at 6:30pm. The movie will start at 7:30pm.
Salad Sunday ~ June 28th
Salad Sunday Fellowships are back by popular demand. Sign-up in the Community Center to bring your favorite salad. This is a fundraiser for UVC with minimum suggested Love Offering of $5. All proceeds support UVC.
AED and CPR Training ~ Sunday June 28th
After the Sunday service in the Meeting Room from 1-2pm. This is a basic hands only CPR training, this is not mouth-to-mouth resuscitation or certification training.
Full Moon Gong Bathing ~ Wednesday July 1st
Gong Bathing and Sonic Imersion is dedicated to the healing potential of sound. The sonic vibrations stimulate and resonate all cells of the body recalibrating the parasympathetic nervous system. Download flyer here.

The Men of Unity gathers for fellowship at 9am to enjoy camaraderie and breakfast. All are welcome and invited to attend. This month Lane Turner from Unity Worldwide Headquarters will be presenting the group with an Audio-Visual proposal to benefit the Chapel Community Center.

At 9:15am the Sisters gather in the Meeting Room. All are invited and encouraged to attend.

Adopt-A-Highway Cleanup ~ Saturday June 27th
|
Meet at 8am in the Administration parking lot for instructions and supplies. All adults are welcome; however, this is not a safe activity for children.

Here are some upcoming July events so save the dates...
- A New Members Class meets for three weeks starting July 12th, Sundays from 12:30pm to 2:30pm. Official members can vote at the Annual meeting and run for the Board of Trustees.
- Summer Camp will be July 13th through the 17th. Register your kids before June 15th for discounted registration fees or volunteer to help out and spend a week at camp.
- Steve Epley will have another three session guitar workshop starting Tuesday July 21 from 7-9pm.
- Third film of our Summer Film Series: The Power of the Heart will be shown on July 24th in the Activities Center. Tickets are $10 and doors open at 6:30pm
- Sunday July 26th is Salad Sunday.
