Below are highlighted your 2014 Board of Trustees candidates.  Two will be elected by our members to three-year terms at our Annual Membership Meeting following our Sunday service on March 16.  
  
Members will also vote on two amendments to our bylaws, with details available below. 

In addition to the election, you will hear an annual financial report from our Board Treasurer Paul Summers, an annual report from our Minister, Rev. Erin McCabe and remarks from our Board President, Diane Wilks.

Linda Chappell

Linda has been experiencing Unity since the age of 8 and has been attending Unity Village Chapel for the past three years and prior to that during the 1960's and 70's.  She is a resident of Lee's Summit and is sole proprietor of her own company, SpiritWorks Cheerleading and Dance Co.

Denise Childs

Denise has attended Unity Village Chapel for 6 years and serves as a Chaplain for this ministry. She and her spouse are raising two young boys. She is a Lee's Summit resident and a full time employee at Silent Unity prayer ministry.

Ernie Wassmann

Ernie and his wife are residents of Lee's Summit and have been attending Unity Village Chapel for the past three years.  Ernie has been an executive for start up businesses and companies undergoing restructuring in both the private and non-profit sectors.  

"What Unity has brought me is alignment with how I think life should be lived."

Two bylaw amendments are being proposed.  One would modify notification of the annual meeting to include either posted mail or email.  The other cleans up language with regard to how nominations for Board of Trustees candidacy happens.
