in our Community Center.

LET YOUR SPIRIT GROW AND BLOOM THIS MONTH
THE VILLAGE MIC.   Thursday night, May 2nd at the Unity Bookstore, from 5-9 p.m.
Come to perform or to listen to great music by local musicians.  Plan on this event on the first Thursday of the month.  Hosted by Rev Erin and Evans.  Last month over 50 people enjoyed a fantastic night of fun and music.  We'll see you there!

UNITY COMMUNITY DAY at Unity Village, Saturday afternoon, May 4. 
Pack and bring your own picnic lunch and meet at the Unity Village Labyrinth at 12 noon.  Open to all Unity Centers and co/hosted by Unity of Independence.
From 2-4, you will have the option of attending a SpiritShop in the Chapel CommUnity Center (photography, art, music, or improv) followed by an Earth Care Roundtable from 4-4:30.  More details. 
  
Guest Presenter, May 5 at the Chapel Sunday Service.  Rev. Erin will be here to greet REV. OGUN HOLDER, ordained Unity Minister."No matter what I'm doing,  my intention is to bring a sense of modern practicality and authenticity to spiritual awareness"  Rev Ogun will be offer a book signing of his new book Rants to Revelations in the Chapel CommUnity Center following the service.

CE Credit Class available Tuesdays, May 7-June 11.  LEADING EDGE LUMINARIES: MAKING YOUR WAY IN A CHANGING WORLD facilitated by Diana Kennedy from 6:30-8:30 pm in Room 229 of the Unity Village Administration Bldg.

MEN OF UNITY COOKOUT, Sunday, May 19 following our Chapel Sunday Service. Hotdogs, hamburgers, veggie burgers and all the fixins.                                                   

Guest musician, TOM KIMMEL, will grace our Sunday Service, April 26. He is a soulful poet, songwriter, spiritual teacher and performer. "I believe that perhaps the greatest blessing is the awareness of our blessings"

Treat yourself! Y.O.U. ICE CREAM SOCIAL, Sunday, June 2 following our Chapel Sunday Service. Proceeds directly support our youth attending regional activities.

DAVE RAMSEY'S FINANCIAL PEACE UNIVERSITY starts Thursday, June 6.  There will be two sessions daily...one at 10 am and one at 7 pm, both in the Chapel Library.  This is a nine week class facilitated by Marty Tydings.
