Mystery Movie Madness (NEW!) | |
To kick off the new year we are introducing a new program titled Mystery Movie Madness. It will be a two part series this year where you can come to enjoy a great film with pizza and drink. Come enjoy a unique night at the museum experience.
- January 31 we are showing Arsenic and Old Lace at 7PM
Based on Joseph Kesselring's hit Broadway play, this madcap comedy is a blend of the bizarre and the mundane. A mild-mannered drama critic (Cary Grant) learns that his two kindly and loveable aunts have been poisoning people with elderberry wine. Two murderers (Peter Lorre and Raymond Massey) move into the aunts' house with the idea of adding a few corpses of their own.
- March 7 we are showing The 39 Steps at 7PM Richard Hannay is a Canadian visitor to London. At the end of "Mr Memory"'s show in a music hall, he meets Annabella Smith who is running away from secret agents. He accepts to hide her in his flat, but in the night she is murdered. Fearing he could be accused on the girl's murder, Hannay goes on the run to break the spy ring.
