We are looking for volunteer tutors and mentors who are 16 & older. We welcome your participation. The Friday training is mandatory for all volunteer tutors and mentors. If you have family and friends who would like to volunteer please share this news with them.

Early Learning Indiana is Expanding

Through a grant from the United Way of Central Indiana Early Learning Indiana is honored to be working towards expanded statewide funding for pre-K in Indiana.
  • Developing a pre-K expansion plan working with partners all across the state
  • Managing a field staff of five organizers
  • Making aligned investments via our Lilly Endowment Grant.
We are currently recruiting five field staff and a lead organizer (Salary aprox. 35-45K with benefits).

The YMCA of Greater Indianapolis is looking for a passionate Cause Driven Leader to develop and serve the Before & After School programs in the Indianapolis area. The Before & After School Program Director needs to be dynamic, creative, and professional, in addition to being passionate about Youth Development programming.  Candidates need to have demonstrated the ability to recruit, train, and develop large staff teams, innovate programming, and meet the needs of communities of which they serve.  This position requires a BA/BS degree in child development, recreation, elementary education, or related field, or its equivalent and 2-3 years previous experience with the YMCA or a similar agency is vital to the success in this position.
