I am reaching out to fellow professionals with the belief that our best hires are hired from "within" this crazy system that we work in.  I have just posted a new Regular Part time (30 hours w/ benefits) position with my program.  The Staff Advocate position will be a staff person acting as an advocate for children not assigned to a volunteer. The role is similar to a CASA volunteer but more limited due to the number of cases. This is to ensure the unassigned children have some level of advocacy under our program.
