July 13-14, 2016

Some of you know Erika Petrelli and The Leadership Program from their dynamic trainings, but did you know they also have a nationally-recognized, evidence-based leadership curriculum that has proven to reduce incidents of violence, bullying, and aggression in schools? In fact, it's ranked as one of the top leadership-themed conflict resolution program in the country: the middle school and high school student curricula has been recognized by SAMSHA, OJJDP, and Crimes.Gov among others.

School districts across the country are getting their staff trained in this curriculum in order to implement it in their schools and programs, and this summer they are offering this training to individuals as well!

All that said,  they wanted to invite YOU to the Leadership Skills and Conflict Resolution Regional Training, happening July 13th and 14th at Conner Prairie in Fishers, IN.

Crossroads Youth Culinary Job Training Program

We have been providing a full-time day program for quite some time now. We have now expanded it to offer an evening program for youth ages 15-19. It meets two evenings a week for 8-weeks.  We provide hands-on job training, youth can earn monetary stipends and have opportunities for employment upon completion. Training takes place at the Crossroads Cafe, which is open to the public. The program is free to youth that are eligible for free or reduced lunches. We still offer our full-time day one for youth not enrolled in school.

I've attached a copy of our brochure. Please feel free to share with any youth that you think might be interested.
