Horizons at St Richard's is closing the achievement gap in Indianapolis by providing underserved children access to high-quality academics in an engaging program, that primarily takes place in the summer, tuition free.
 
Horizons is housed within SRES and Butler University.  The target population are public school students who are experiencing poverty and live within Marion County.
 
A Masters degree is preferred, a Bachelor degree is required.

The Youth Program Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and providing strategic and operational leadership for the programs focused on intervention and prevention with children and youth exposed to domestic violence. The Coordinator will work with other Julian Center staff on the development and expansion of the programs serving over 600 youth annually with the goal of implementing programs which contribute significantly to permanently breaking the cycle of violence.

SIEOC is now hiring two positions serving Aurora and surrounding areas. 

School Age Specialist: Responsible for working with child care sites that provide programs outside of a school's traditional operating times, particularly, those programs who also serve children who are less than 5 years of age. The Specialist will recruit these sites to participate in the Paths to QUALITY. The Specialist will work with current Paths to QUALITY Coaches to ensure that child care sites are offering a developmentally appropriate environment and curriculum so that the sites will be able to advance on the Paths to QUALITY. 

Paths to QUALITY Coach: Assist early childhood programs participating in Paths to QUALITY through the levels with observations, on-site visits, technical assistance, training resources and leadership.
