Journey Fellow Seeking Full Time Employment
I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Health Science, concentrating on Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in psychology from Indiana University Bloomington. I have had internships both at Big Brothers Big Sisters and The Children's Museum of Indianapolis, and would ideally love to find a career in an organization that provides similar positive outlets and programs for children of all ages.

Boys and Girls Clubs of Indianapolis AmeriCorps Positions
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Indianapolis is looking to fill two full-time AmeriCorps positions. Our Graduation Counselors implement college- and career-readiness programs for junior high and high school students from Indianapolis urban areas. Our Education Directors oversee various educational enrichment programs for elementary-aged youth spanning from homework help, healthy eating, and building character and citizenship. For both positions, experience in counseling and/or advising students on barriers to success will be considered a plus. The positions are full time, 36-40 hours per week, and require evenings and some weekends, as well as some travel.

Early Learning Indiana Head Start
We are looking for partners that we can share flyers and information to families that might be a good fit for Early Head Start. Early Head Start provides free childcare, education, and family support to low income families with children ages 6 weeks to three years old. If you work with any families that might be interested in applying please pass the following attachments (flyer, application, application attachment) along to them.

Music by the Lake will begin with dinner catered by Country Classics; following with live entertainment and a chance to bid on silent auction items. After dinner, guests are welcome to relax or explore the grounds of Heavenly Hills lodge

By attending Music by the Lake you are supporting a wonderful program and giving back to Scott County. Tickets are $20 and tables (seats 8) are $150. Corporate Sponsorships are available for $250 (table included).

Asante Children's Theatre Cabaret Night

Madame Walker Theatre Ball Room, Indianapolis

The Asante Children's Theatre of Indianapolis will present the annual fundraising event Legacy Cabaret IV on Thursday, September 24, 2015. The concept of the show is a classic Harlem nightclub presenting The Jitterbug Juba Revue. The event showcases gifted local artists paying tribute to classic music legends from Bessie Smith to Cab Calloway. The festivities begin at 6:00 PM with a VIP reception. Show time is set for 7:15 PM. 

Cabaret-style seating is $50 per person; VIP tickets are $100 which includes hors d'oeuvres.
