Youth Justice Leadership Institute Now Accepting Applications for 2015-2016

The National Juvenile Justice Network (NJJN)  is now accepting applications to the 2015-16 Youth Justice Leadership Institute

The Institute is a year-long fellowship program focused on developing a strong base of well-prepared and well-trained advocates and organizers who reflect the communities most affected by juvenile justice system practices and policies, with a particular focus on cultivating and supporting professionals of color.

Interested in learning more about the Institute, or know someone who might be? NJJN will be hosting two informational webinars on March 23 and March 26, 2015, led by the Institute's coordinator, Diana Onley-Campbell. To learn more, follow this link or e-mail info@njjn.org.

EDGE Afterschool Youth Workers

Indianapolis, IN

We are in much need for a few quality youth workers to work at our elementary after school programs.  Our programs are located at IPS 14, 15 and 54, which are all on the near eastside.  Programming is from 3:30pm-6:00pm, Monday through Friday. We are happy to accommodate schedules.

Starting pay for youth workers is $7.25-$10.00/hr, depending on experience. If you know anyone, or know anyone that might know anyone, who would be a great fit for implementing quality after school  programming to our youth, please send them this link: http://jhbcc.org/edge-program/

One Love Community Circle

One Love Community Circle has an amazing opportunity to bring the transformative power of music and movement to Hope Minstries HOPE4Kids. HOPE4Kids is an early education program for children 0-5 yrs old who live at the homeless shelter. We are striving to bring normalcy, vibrancy and positive impact for the youngest members of the Hope Rescue community.

Will you sow a seed into their lives today?  Will you give them the gift of music? Will you influence a moment in time that can change a life forever?  Will you?

*Donations will be tax-deductible
