Executive Leadership Certificate Program

The National Human Services Assembly has created an Executive Leadership Certificate Program (ELCP) with the schools of Philanthropy and Public and Environmental Affairs of Indiana University and the Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation of Arizona State University.  These are among the most renowned learning institutions serving the nonprofit/philanthropic sector.

Attached is a brief description of the year-long program.  If all goes well, it will start in early 2015.  The cost is expected to be $3,000 or less per participant.  They are aiming for about twenty-five participants and expect the competition to be stiff.

ELCP has been an idea in development for over a year and is now coming to fruition.  That said, they do not have marketing materials and an application in place yet, but I wanted to give you this heads up to begin deciding which national and/or local executive(s) in your system to recommend for the program.

If you're interested in getting involved and possibly being nominated for this program in the coming year please contact Janet to let her know.
