San Diego Apartment Rents Decline Slightly

This fall brought a slight decline in apartment rents - one percent - in San Diego County. The local vacancy rates continue to fall.
According to a report from the San Diego County Apartment Association, average rent for a two-bedroom unit during the fall was $1,397 -- down from the $1,428 in the spring. The vacancy rate for the county during the fall was 4.1 percent, down from spring's 4.5 percent vacancy rate.
