Greetings!

Our Help Me Grow (HMG) team will be doing outreach this weekend at local health and information fairs.  See our Facebook page for details.

Randy Nicklaus

The Legislature included continued funding in its budget for our HMG program so we are gearing up for year two.  A media campaign is beginning this week to tell the Big Bend area about our 2-1-1 Help Me Grow services to help families with children 0-8.

Several new board members have been joining our team and will be introduced in our upcoming newsletters.  I do want to thank two members who are leaving our board this month after eight years of service!  Thanks to Donna Smithey, In Tents Events, for her wonderful contributions to our agency and to Sharon Ross Donaldson, Center for Health Equity, for her great leadership and support to our programs!.

It's hot out there so stay cool!

Happy Summer,

Randy Nicklaus

2-1-1 has been nominated to receive $100,000 in in-kind media services from BowStern!
