CORVALLIS - Christabeth Boyd, M.D.The Corvallis Clinic's Immediate Care Center welcomes its newest physician, Christabeth Boyd, M.D. on Jan. 2. She joins colleagues Drs. Robin Lannan, James Naibert and Charles Parker at the walk-in, urgent care clinic in the Asbury Building, 3680 N.W. Samaritan Dr., Corvallis.

 

Dr. Boyd comes from Ventura, Calif., where she worked as a physician at St. John's Medical Group of Ventura County. Previously, she worked at Clinicas del Camino Real in Ventura. Dr. Boyd completed her residency and internship in 2007 at Penn State University/Good Samaritan Hospital in Lebanon, Penn., where she was chief resident in the family practice residency program. She received her medical degree in 2000 from Cebu Institute of Medicine, Cebu City, Philippines, where she was class president. She is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

 

The Immediate Care Center provides professional and compassionate care to patients seeking treatment for a wide array of non-life threatening illnesses and injuries. It is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends and most holidays. The center is located on the first floor of the Asbury Building, telephone 541-754-1282.
