MS Word Tip of the Month - Use AutoRecover for Peace of Mind
Every Word user knows that CTRL+S is the keyboard shortcut to save the currently open document. Those of us old enough to remember PC's that crashed without warning (basically anything before Windows XP) hit that keystroke habitually every few minutes.
Fortunately, PC's and operating systems are (mostly) more reliable now. But it never hurts to be cautious. Fortunately Word has a built-in AutoRecover feature that automatically saves a backup copy of your files. This month we show you how to enable and use it.

 New Lower-Cost Professional Edition of Dragon Released - Discounted Upgrades Available
The price gap between the consumer and business editions of Dragon has been bridged with Dragon Professional Individual, a new edition that costs about half of the previous business editions, yet provides the features law firm users need.
The retail price of Dragon Professional Individual is $300. But until September 30, 2015, owners of Dragon NaturallySpeaking Premium v12 and up can upgrade to Dragon Professional Individual for only $99.99. The regular upgrade price from Premium v12 is $200.

Meet Jessica Keeler, Business Development Coordinator. Jessica joined Affinity in April, 2014, with years of sales and client services experience under her belt. Jessica and her husband live in Northeast Ohio where they love spending time with family and friends when not assisting Affinity clients. Jessica explains, "I have 3 nephews and 1 niece who I adore and try to spend as much time with whenever possible."
Jessica loves her job at Affinity because she enjoys working with clients to help them with their needs. "It is rewarding to assist others and to reassure them that they are in good hands with our consultants and client services team. I also enjoy seeing the relationships blossom with our vendors."
