Keynote Speakers

You do not want to miss out on hearing about our keynote speakers' inspirational story.

For Tatyana McFadden, it is not just about winning the next race. It is about winning in life. After beginning her life in a Russian orphanage and as a person with a disability, Tatyana has faced various roadblocks and forms of discrimination. Her life goal is to make a difference both as a role model and as a person striving to make the world a better place for people of all abilities.

Deborah McFadden was appointed by President George H.W. Bush in 1989 as the U.S. Commissioner of the Administration on Developmental Disabilities within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. She was active in the promotion and passage of the Americans with Disabilities Act and was a leader in promoting inclusion and deinstitutionalization
