Group Home Research Survey 

Would you like a chance to win a $50 gift card to Amazon.com?

A researcher based at Springfield College is looking for people who work in group homes with individuals with intellectual disabilities to fill out a brief (10-15 minute) survey for research on attitudes towards sexuality for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Participants who complete the survey by March 1st at midnight will have the opportunity to enter to win one of three $50 Amazon.com gift cards in a raffle that will be conducted electronically.

Responses will be kept confidential. You must be 18 years or older to participate.

ADDP is seeking award nominations from its member agencies for the 2015 ADDP Conference & Expo, which will be held March 27 at the DCU Center in Worcester.

Deadline for submissions has been extended to February 5, 2015 at 5 p.m.

All nominations should be submitted to ADDP's Director of Administration, Brenda Asis, at basis@addp.org. 
Health & Wellness Award
 

The ADDP Health and Wellness Award is presented to a health care professional who consistently demonstrates compassion and commitment in providing supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. One award will be named.

Direct Support Professional Staff Award

The ADDP Direct Support Professional Award is an opportunity to acknowledge the hard work of direct support professionals who consistently demonstrate excellence, creativity, and commitment in providing supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Five awards will be named - one from each regional service area.

The ADDP Marty Martini Award for Outstanding Leadership is an opportunity to acknowledge the hard work of a human services manager who consistently demonstrates excellence in leadership, creativity, and commitment in providing supports to their employees and to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. One award will be named.
