Six months after filing a lawsuit against the Commonwealth, The Collaborative had its day in court Tuesday, making the case that the state has failed in its duties to fully implement and fund Chapter 257.

As association leaders looked on, Collaborative attorneys Janet Lundberg and Robert Griffin detailed the facts in an hour-long hearing before Superior Court Judge Mitchell Kaplan.

Kaplan said he is taking the case under advisement and will issue a ruling soon.
