ADDP is seeking award nominations from member organizations for its 2015 ADDP Conference & Expo.

Health & Wellness Award
The ADDP Health and Wellness Award is presented to a health care professional who consistently demonstrates compassion and commitment in providing supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. One award will be named.
The ADDP Direct Support Professional Award is an opportunity to acknowledge the hard work of direct support professionals who consistently demonstrate excellence, creativity, and commitment in providing supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Five awards will be named - one from each regional service area.
The ADDP Marty Martini Award for Outstanding Leadership is an opportunity to acknowledge the hard work of a human services manager who consistently demonstrates excellence in leadership, creativity, and commitment in providing supports to their employees and to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. One award will be named.
The ADDP Self-Determination Award is presented to one individual with intellectual/developmental disabilities or brain injury who has demonstrated self-determination to pursue and achieve personal goals. One award will be named.
