How Do I Register?

1. Register online with a credit card, or an invoice. (only if your organization is an ADDP member)
2.  Complete the registration form, and fax your registration with a credit card number.
3.Complete the registration form, and send a check with your form to ADDP.

What is the Cost?
The fee is $135.00 per person for people who work at an ADDP member agency, and $200.00 for non-members.  There is a discounted group rate of $1250 for ten staff from a member organization. After March 14th late registration is $150.00 per person.

The fee includes breakfast, lunch, presentations, as well as your participation in two professional development workshops!
