If you're looking for Fiction for Mom, consider the following:

The Nest by Cynthia D. Sweeney
"Promises of an inheritance keeps 4 siblings at odds with one another. When the oldest sibling puts that inheritance in jeopardy, things really get interesting. A witty, jaunty family drama/comedy with the kind of ending you wish for. Juicy enough for any book club." - Mary T.

The Railwayman's Wife by Ashley Hay
"This one is for fans of The Light Between Oceans as there are several parallels such as a setting in a remote part of Australia, a plot that uses character's ties to the ocean and gorgeous prose with a stunning turn of events at the novel's end. I found myself rereading many beautiful and haunting passages and was truly sorry to come to the last page. Exquisite in every way."   -Mary T.

Some of the most interesting books for Mom this season are non-fiction.  All the Single Ladies by Rebecca Traister will remind Mom of when she was conquering the world before she had you.  Yes, you!  Some of the women who continued conquering alongside motherhood are detailed in First Women by Kate Andersen Brower.  And Gwyneth Paltrow has released a cookbook of healthy, quick and delicious weekday meals titled It's All Easy.

"If you've got the type of Mom like I do who won't read anything that isn't dark and scary, come in to pick up a copy of either The Last Mile by David Baldacci or The Waters of Eternal Youth by Donna Leon."   -Andrew B.
