Hotel Chicago-IMD Launches Free Black Car Service for Guests
The stylish new Hotel Chicago-Illinois Medical District Here is now offering free transportation in licensed livery vehicles for all its guests.  The partnership with Chicago-based FirstClass Travel, a new on-demand concierge service, allows riders to control their experience - like Uber Black but with professional chauffeurs and at absolutely no charge to guests.  Owned by Chicago luxury car icon Joe Perillo, Hotel Chicago-IMD is the first hotel to launch the new black car platform, which is both an app and a smart dispatching system.  Guests of Hotel Chicago-IMD simply need to download the free FirstClass Travel app after they check-in to have access during their stay.  With the push of a button, they can order complimentary rides throughout the City of Chicago and to/from the airports (for a fee).  The white labeling application, which extends the Hotel Chicago-IMD brand, combines the convenience of an on-demand service with the security of a private black car chauffeur sourced from the certified livery company, Windy City Limousine.

Opening Reception / Passage, Sat, Dec 3, 7-9pm
Stuart & Co. Gallery is proud to present Passage, a group show that brings together the work of 11 artists with disparate interpretations of the oft clichd title reference. From overt vantages relating to the passages that make up our everyday lives, relationships, and bodies to esoteric allusions to memory, obstruction, and information transmission, Passage empowers and rejuvenates its own flat affiliations as if the word itself were being used as one of Duchamp's readymades. Featuring established artists such as Brooklyn-based Fred Fleisher as well as emerging artists such as Chicago-based Kristian Bruce, viewers will experience a wide range of genres, styles, and materials in seeming isolation. Viewers become active participants as they pass, quite literally, from piece to piece and discover the loose conceptual thread that passes metaphorically from one work to another. In this way, one experiences varied aspects of the term "passage" as found in the longing for something just out of reach, and the gallery itself becomes a passageway for recondite interchange.
