Each November, Pax Christi USA members and friends gather on Friday night prior to the annual School of the Americas Vigil and Action in Columbus, GA. Our program this year will include prayer, music, inspiring speakers and more. The program is open to the general public and all are invited to attend. We hope you can join us!

This year's program is entitled "Pax Christi USA at the SOA: Youth Empowerment - Surrendering Leadership in Social Movements to Youth and Young Adults" and will be held on Friday evening, November 20, from 6-7:45pm in Room 205 at the Columbus Convention Center (801 Front Ave). Seating is limited this year, so please arrive early to guarantee a seat!

Our panelists will include young adult organizers and DREAMers from New Jersey who led the struggle to pass in-state tuition for undocumented students. Hear the stories of some of these youth leaders who were a part of that effort and how the youth movement continues to be a vital part of bringing about social change in New Jersey and beyond on a host of issues. Kathy O'Leary, state coordinator for Pax Christi New Jersey, will facilitate the panel discussion and the entire evening will be emceed by Pax Christi USA Executive Director Sr. Patty Chappell, SNDdeN.

In Christ's peace,
