Below is the e-Update for August 2015, a recap of all of the items you may have missed which are still relevant from the past month or so.

The new Executive Committee of the
PCUSA National Council
|
We're happy to share with you that the Pax Christi USA National Council has elected a new executive committee, including Cathy Woodson as the new National Chair of Pax Christi USA. Click here for more information and to see the other members of the committee.
As you'll see below in the calendar section, there is A LOT happening this month. The calendar includes links to information on Pope Francis' visit to the U.S. to how your group can plan an action during the week of action from Campaign Nonviolence. Please take a few minutes to see what is coming up and plan how you or your group might participate.
And don't forget that the new reflection booklet for Advent 2015 is now available for pre-order. There is just over a week left to assure your copies, so please order before September 17th! Click here for more information.
Lastly, if you did not already see the Summer 2015 issue of Pax Christi USA's newsletter, The Peace Current, you can see it by clicking here. If you're an up-to-date member of Pax Christi USA, you should have received this newsletter in July or August through the regular mail. If you didn't, please contact Myron Ford at mford@paxchristiusa.org or 202-635-2741 to update your information or renew your membership!
We hope you'll take a few moments today or later this week to review these items and use them as you see fit.
