Happy Easter! We hope your experience of Holy Week was meaningful and transformative and that the resources we provided throughout Lent were helpful in observing the season. Before we get to this month's e-Update, a few quick items to share:

 

NOMINATIONS FOR NATIONAL COUNCIL DEADLINE EXTENDED: We are still accepting nominations for the candidate slate for this year's national council elections. The deadline has been extended to April 11. Click here for more information.

 

SIGN THE PETITION "CATHOLIC MORALITY AND NUCLEAR ABOLITION: Our partners at the Maryknoll Office for Global Concerns are accepting signatures for the statement "Catholic Morality and Nuclear Abolition" through April 18. Click here to read more and add your name.

 

NEW BOOK ON PEACE ED. FROM PCUSA TEACHERS OF PEACE: Live Peace, Teach Peace: Best Practices and a Toolbox, is the new book by Pax Christi USA Teachers of Peace M.J. and Jerry Park. The Parks have committed their lives to teaching peace and nonviolence to children and this book is an excellent resource for teachers, ministers, parents and anyone who cares about children.Click here to read more.
