I promise these three are super fun and will wake up your core again! Riding on one ball is a smooth, controllable and absolutely beautiful movement to watch. Now let's do the opposite.
Train for the unexpected, rough surf water, windy conditions and opponents jamming into you. Stand in a squat with feet on the ends or use the SUP side stance with narrow feet.
- Extreme tilt, sudden shift off the sweet spot and big drop!
