 What is this crazy Power Rope Ball thing? Well, it's our high rebound, durable urethane med ball on the end of a rope. Designed for consistent reps that allow the ball to travel in its natural trajectory.
Traditional rope balls are hollow rubber and have and exposed rope on the top. The rope eventually wears from ground contact and breaks. And the rebound of a hollow ball is unpredictable, inconsistent and can be dangerous.
