To fight, prevent, cure and eradicate cancer in our lifetimes. What could be a more worthy goal?

Please plan to attend the Celebrate Survival! champagne brunch this Sunday, October 21st, to show your support.

There is no "admission" fee and even if you can't afford to make a donation, you can demonstrate your love and respect for the cancer survivors who will be on hand.

Kosher wines will be available.

Radio Chavura is proud to help promote this benefit for the AMC Cancer Fund.  The brunch will be hosted by Alicia Vargo, one of our program's inaugural sponsors and a consistent ally of the Radio Chavura community.  Alicia and her Pampered Passions Fine Lingerie store have been helping breast cancer survivors regain their dignity and inner-glow for many, many years.

Come out and meet nationally honored entrepreneur Julie Aigner-Clark, originator of the very popular Baby Einstein product line.  Clark is a two-time breast cancer survivor who delivers a message of hope, courage and blessings.

Julie first confronted cancer in 2004, three years after she sold Baby Einstein to the Walt Disney Company. She was diagnosed again in 2008, a year after being recognized by President George W. Bush as a "talented business entrepreneur and generous social entrepreneur" during one of his State of the Union addresses.

In 2010, Julie wrote "You Are the Best Medicine" - a popular guide to help children cope with a cancer-stricken parent.

A portion of all lingerie, book and related sales on Sunday will be donated to AMC Cancer Fund.  Many modest fashions are available, thanks to Alicia. Everyone is welcome - men, women, children.  (There will be NO modeling of fashions.)

The store is located just North of the Park Meadows Mall - off the County Line Road exit from I-25.  (For directions or additional information, call Alicia at: 1.303.346.8450.  The exact address is 9615 E. County Line Road, Suite D.

Do this for others.  Feel great about yourself!

(Bring along family and friends.)
