Outdoor Lab Gazette, January 2016
Dear Outdoor Lab Supporter,
Happy New Year! We hope you had a wonderful holiday and enjoyed ringing in the new year.  At Outdoor Lab Foundation, we are very excited about the upcoming year!  Thanks to YOUR support, Outdoor Lab is continuing to make a meaningful impact in our community.  This school year, Outdoor Lab is slated to host 5,745 6th grade students; 1,000 high school leaders, and over 40 interns!

We are also looking forward to changing things up a bit this spring--instead of having our annual Gala, we will be hosting two new events: Girls in STEM & Windy Peak's 40th Anniversary! Then, in September, After Dark will return for its third year and it will be even better than before!

Did you know that there are expected to be more than 8 MILLION
STEM jobs in the U.S. by 2018, but women represent less than 27% of STEM workers?

Join us for an evening celebrating Outdoor Lab's influence on girls in STEM, while learning about the chemistry behind the distilling process and the future for girls in the sciences at Leopold Bros. Distillery in Denver.

This event will feature a guest speaker, small appetizers, signature cocktails, and tastings of some of Leopold Bros. Distillery's liquor.

Space is limited, so purchase your tickets now!
