Outdoor Lab Gazette, December 2015
Dear Outdoor Lab Supporter,
It's people like YOU who make a difference, who make it possible for the Foundation to cover what the tuition fees do not for Outdoor Lab.  If you were one of our donors on Colorado Gives Day, THANK YOU for continuing to support this amazing science program in OUR community. If you haven't had a chance to give, there is still time to make a difference this year!  Stay tuned in the next couple months as we announce all new ways to experience and celebrate Outdoor Lab here in the community AND up at the gorgeous mountain sites.
Despite the "snow day" for Jeffco this past week, the sites were up and running as usual! Pictured here are kids from Lasley & Patterson International putting up the flags at morning flag ceremony!
Colorado Gives Day: making a major impact for Outdoor Lab

On December 8th 2015, nonprofits across the state participated in the fifth annual Colorado Gives Day--a movement that inspires and unites thousands of donors to support their favorite causes.  THANK YOU to everyone who put Outdoor Lab students on your list and helping us raise $25,726 towards our goal of $35,000.  These funds will help pay things that tuition cannot cover:  additional teachers for top notch instruction, new intern program features to inspire the scientists of tomorrow, program supplies to take the classes to the next level, winter gear and equipment to keep students safe and warm while out on the trail, and so much more!
Did you not get a chance to give? Please help us reach our goal!
Donate your bag credits!

Until January 31st, you can shop at either the Lakewood, Littleton, Golden, or Bradburn Whole Foods Markets and choose to donate your bag credits to the Outdoor Lab Foundation! All funds donated will be distributed to participating schools.
