 This month we are pleased to welcome several new Breweries to our line up. 

MIKKELLER The story of Mikkeller is the story of two young homebrewers, who in a few years went from hobby brewing at home in the kitchen to national and international recognition. Since August 2007 Mikkel Borg Bjergsø has run Mikkeller on his own. The success is partly due to the brewerys focus on creating challenging beers that test the boundaries and where quality always comes before quantity. In other words, uncompromising beer. The brewery want to challenge the Danes' taste buds with intense taste adventures, and some of the inspiration is found on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean where the American breweries aren't afraid to play and break all the rules. PLUS a new kind of beer from the brewers at  DEVILS CANYON (Bay Area, San Fransisco) with their Belle-California Sparkling Ale, Brewed in the French style using champagne yeast (not a Belgian or Farm Style) Belle is Devil Canyon's interpretation of a Californian version of sparkling ale. Belle is a high-end yet versatile beer that spans every occasion.

Not to mention other fine Brew from BrewDog ,Stone, Rouge & the rest of the gang.

 ミッケラー醸造所の物語はミッケル・ボルグとクリスチャン・ケラーという二人の若いビール自家醸造家が主人公。彼らは数年の間に「ビール醸造が趣味の人」から「世界的で評価される醸造師」になりました。ミッケラーは色々な醸造所を訪れてビール造りをする、特定の醸造所を持たないブルワリーです。人々の創造を越えたレシピは世界中、もちろん大西洋を越えたアメリカのすばらしい醸造所でも良い刺激として受け入れられ、様々な素晴らしいビールを生み出しています。またデヴィルズ キャニオンからはシャンパンの酵母を使用し、フレンチスタイルで醸造した、驚きの新ジャンル「カリフォルニア・スパークリング・エール」が入荷。アルコールのジャンルの垣根を越えた高品質で、どんなシチュエーションにも合う明るいゴールデンカラーのこのエール。醸造者も「想像以上の物が出来た！」と言う様にとてもバランスよく仕上がっています。その他ストーン、ブリュードッグ、ローグなどお馴染のブリュワリーの樽もお楽しみ頂けます。
