At last the heat of the summer has gone. great news for the kitchen crew "summer kitchen temperatures get sticky to say the least". This month we have several events including a small casual wine tasting evening with the Pondalowie winery from Victoria, Australia, also its Taste Of America Promo time, details below.

Moving on. Our thoughts will soon turn to this years Thanksgiving (November 22)

MORE ABOUT PONDALOWIE

Dominic & Krystina Morris have produced wines throughout Europe and Australia, winning International Red Wine of the Year, many 95+ Robert Parker and Wine Spectator scores, and Top 100 accolades from international wine publications. In 1996, with Dominic's brother Luke, they established a family vineyard in Bendigo, Victoria, one of Australia's oldest wines regions. This family planting became Pondalowie Vineyards, receiving praise such as a "Next Icon of the New world" by Decanter Wine Magazine, ranked with five stars by James Halliday for eight consecutive years since 2006, and sales throughout Australia, the UK and now Japan. Luke continues to maintain the vineyard, with occasional help from friends

During vintage, as well as working in the winery and managing international sales. Dominic and Krystina have slowed their international travels, and now focus solely on producing the premium red wines for their Pondalowie Vineyards label and the co-brand Pinga Wines.

THANKSGIVING 2012

It's almost that time of year again !!. Our full Thanksgiving Info & Menu"s will be published at the end of this month, and also be included in our November Newsletter, in advance of that we thought it might be a good idea to let you know that we will be offering our very popular Thanksgiving Dinner for 3 days this year. 21 - 22 -23 as well as a special Roast Turkey lunch on the 22nd. as usual reservations for dinner will be split into 2 seating's, Early 6-8.30 Late 9- 11, Children are welcome to join us for the early seating.

今年もこの季節がやってきました。メニューなど詳細をお伝えできるのは今月末～次号のニュースレターの頃になる予定ですが、毎年皆さまにご好評を頂いているトラディッショナルなサンクスギヴィングのディナーを準備している事はこのニュースレターで先にお伝えさせて頂きます。毎年早くに予約で一杯になってしまいキャンセル待ちを頂いているので、今年は11月21日（水）、22日（木）、23日（金）の3日間にわたりサンクスギヴィングディナーを、ローストターキープレートのランチは22日にご用意をそれぞれ予定しております。

ディナー各日のご予約は6：00-8：30PM又は9:00-11:00PMのどちらかで承ります。小さなお子様連れのお客様は早い時間帯のご予約をご提案させて頂いております。

NEW NAPA VALLEY WINES IN OUR CELLAR

This month we are adding a few special bottles to our list from the Napa Valley, this also coincides with an upcoming visit to the restaurant by Vivien Gay the Silver Oak Global Sales Director. Silver Oak especially has been one of our biggest selling premium Californian wines over the last 10 years, so perhaps its time to expand the range with the lovely Twomy Sauvignon Blanc, and also list not only the Alexander Valley Cab, but also the Napa Valley. A few other big names to mention Keller, Flowers, Dunn & Stag's Leap.
